Ben Hughes - Chef owner of Quince & Chris Branscombe-Ling Chef Patron of Sona are showcasing their exceptional talent with a 6 course tasting menu - 4 Hand collaboration dinner.
With three courses each, Ben will show case why Quince made it into The Good Food Guide within 6 months of opening and Chris will bring his seasonal flair paired with his Asian cooking background. Plus a few surprise dishes.
